FOIFT Open Government Seminars 2012
The Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas' 2012 Open Government Seminars have been to Amarillo, Nacogdoches, Austin, Fort Worth and El Paso.
This year, the Foundation certified 331 people in compliance with Texas' open records laws. These people include state, county and local employees, journalists, lawyers and citizens committed to protecting open government in Texas.
We would like to thank all of our event sponsors and attendees for making these seminars a success!

Whats Happening With Texas FOI
I am personally experiencing discrimination in the administration procedure by those advocating civil rights. The public records act would serve as my only opportunity to show the discrimination is 100% racism based on the number of cases that was allowed to be appealled in the State of Texas in accordance to CRA 1964. It also will reveal the expedient manner which the homosexuals and gays were bale to have their cases heard and reviewed.
