To register, please follow the instructions below:

1. Complete the Participant Application AND have your sponsor, if applicable, complete the Pledge of Sponsorship form.
2. Included with the application, send a
   1. Biographical paragraph about the applicant
   2. Photo for reproduction in course materials
   3. A brief paragraph about why you would like to participate

4. Application and tuition payment due May 1st . Please select one of the tuition payment options below.
   

Tuition Payment Options

Note: The tuition cost is $1,500 per participant. Tuition includes all sessions, program materials and designated meals. The participant or sponsor is responsible for the cost of tuition, travel, lodging and remaining meals. Once the application and tuition have been received, details on booking the hotel will follow.
